Came here for the Valentine's Day special menu with my partner - 5 courses and a glass of prosecco for 27.95 per person, which in the current climate I thought was incredible value. Each course was fantastic and it was the best service I've experienced for a long time. It really felt like a special occasion with high quality foods and the staff had really gone out their way to create a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. We also had the Valentine's cocktails which were a nice touch too. A really wonderful evening, and I am so glad we chose to dine at our local.
We had a fab time here last night. We are all made to feel very welcome. Our boys are autistic, the youngest is non verbal and he was allowed to just wander around the room while we ate. His diet is very limited aswell so we took dinner in for him and this wasn't a problem. We will definitely be back, hopefully the weather will be better next time for the kids to play outside
Great value and huge outdoor beer garden with large kids area: swings and obstacle course. We found this gem a few weeks ago and have been back twice since, once for their special: steak and a bottle of wine for 2 (for 40), and once on a sunny day to sit in the beer garden with chips and beer while the kids played. We love it here and will be back.
Brilliant venue for a birthday lunch! The staff were excellent and the food was delicious.
The staff went above and beyond today, my autistic son was upset that they didn't have his favourite (pizza) but they found a way to make one especially for him. The rest of the food was good quality, particularly the t-bone steak and the fish and chips. I didn't have any cash but would have left a gratuity if it had been an option on the card machine so maybe look into this so that the staff can get tips when the service is outstanding.
A posh, quaint restaurant tucked close to the beach in Ayr. The restaurant has a limited menu but they’re great at what they do. They’re very good with their service to make sure you’re tended too. The wait time on the food is not too long either. For starters I had the Korean spicy chicken which was great. For the mains I had fish and chips. The fish was done well, crisp and the meat succulent. With. Side of mashed peas. It was also served on a hot plate. The dessert section could use a lot more options. However I made a special request and asked for a piece of brownie with vanilla ice cream on the side drizzled with chocolate sauce. I shall add a picture but I’d like the reader to know that the picture does not do justice to how heavenly the ice cream and brownie tasted together. I’d like to thank the chefs, the support Staff and Sam for the evening. Keep up the great work. Will most certainly visit again everytime I’m in Ayr.
